What this page is
This is Acrolin’s Privacy Policy. It describes how we handle information when you visit our site or use our services—including EverLine and BluePrint. The sections below explain what we collect (including that EverLine records every conversation on the line, with notice to callers), how we use and share data, retention, security, choices and rights you may have, policies for users under 18, international processing, how we update this Policy, and how to reach us.
This gray box is only a plain-English overview. The numbered sections below are the full policy; read them for complete detail—especially if you rely on EverLine or BluePrint for your business.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Acrolin (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with our website and AI-enabled business services (collectively, the “Services”). EverLine is Acrolin’s AI voice agent product for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and related phone workflows. BluePrint is Acrolin’s website design and building product. Acrolin is based in Washington State, United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect: (a) Information you provide—such as name, email address, phone number, company name, billing or account details, and the content of messages you send us; (b) Service and communications data—for the EverLine product, we record every conversation that occurs on the line, which may include audio recordings, transcripts or text derived from audio, call metadata (such as time, duration, numbers, and routing), and related session logs. Callers are notified that calls are recorded through means we configure in the product (for example, in-call announcements or greetings), consistent with your agreement with us. For the BluePrint product, we may collect website project materials you share (copy, images, brand assets, logins or credentials you choose to provide for hosting or deployment, design feedback, and related communications), analytics or performance data for sites we build or host for you, and similar project records. We also collect configuration choices, support tickets, and similar operational data; and (c) Technical data—such as IP address, device or browser type, and usage information collected through cookies or similar technologies where we employ them. The categories collected depend on how you interact with us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information—including call recordings and related content—to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services (including EverLine and BluePrint); authenticate users; communicate with you; analyze usage and performance; create transcripts or summaries; train, tune, evaluate, or monitor automated and AI-assisted features where permitted by contract and law; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms; and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Acrolin, our users, and the public. We process information only as described in this Policy, as otherwise disclosed to you, or as required or permitted by law.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Service Providers
Portions of the Services—including EverLine (AI voice agent for calls and scheduling) and BluePrint (website design and building)—rely on artificial intelligence, speech and language technologies, hosting, telecommunications, analytics, customer-relationship tools, and other subprocessors. We engage providers under contractual terms that require appropriate handling of information. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to providers, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary to deliver the Services, respond to lawful requests, or protect legal rights.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet our legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and jurisdiction. Call recordings and transcripts may be retained for service delivery, quality, security, training or improvement of automated features (where permitted), and legal compliance, for durations consistent with these purposes and your agreements with us.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely secure; accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise rights or inquire about choices available to you, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your request before responding.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18).
9. International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy, where permitted by law.
